"Personalization didn’t turn out right"
I ordered a personalized item from Quintessence Creations, it didn’t come out the way I expected. The name was spelled correctly on my order, but the actual piece had strange spacing, and the layout looked different from the preview I approved.
I contacted them about it, but the response felt kind of dismissive, like it wasn’t a big deal. For something that’s supposed to feel personal and special, it was really disappointing. Has anyone else had the same issue with their personalization?

it didn’t look like the pictures at all. i was disappointed when it showed up because it just wasn’t what i thought i was getting.

The piece does look nice overall, and I’m mostly happy with it. That said, a few of the edges were a little rougher than I expected. The craftsmanship is decent, just not quite what I was hoping for at this price

"Seemed trustworthy and easy to use"
The site had a clear, straightforward feel to it, and checkout was easy without any weird hiccups. The overall tone of the brand came across as legit and not pushy, which made me feel more comfortable ordering. Based on my experience, I’d trust them again...

"Pretty design, just a bit much sometimes"
I do like the overall look, it’s and has a nice style, but some pages feel kind of crowded, like there’s just a lot going on, and then the colors, actually, some of them don’t really seem to match that well. Still nice, just a little busy in places

"Gorgeous crystals, I was honestly way too excited"
I had such a fun time looking through the crystals here! The selection is really nice, and I actually found a few pieces I swear I never see anywhere else, which made me feel like I’d discovered hidden treasure. Some categories could definitely use a bit more stock, but overall it was super easy to find something beautiful, and I’m already tempted to come back for more

"Checkout was a mess"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the checkout process was really frustrating. I tried to place an order and the pages kept loading slowly, then the payment step started acting weird. At one point I couldn’t even tell if my order had gone through or not, which is obviously not what you want when you’re entering payment info. I gave it another try, but after dealing with the same issues again, I just gave up. It definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

I ordered from Quintessence Creations once, my experience was just okay. The item looked nice enough when it arrived, but in person it didn’t really feel worth what I paid for it. Shipping also took a little longer than I expected. Nothing about the order was terrible, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d go out of my way to buy from them again

I bought this from quintessencecreations.com and, the care instructions were not helpful at all. They basically said to be gentle, but didn’t actually explain what that meant, so I felt like I was just guessing the whole time.
Then after one careful wash, it still didn’t hold up the way I expected. Maybe there was some step I missed, but that’s kind of the point, the instructions should’ve been way clearer. Frustrating, and I’m not happy with it.

Overall, it looks good and seems like decent quality. That said, I had a hard time finding clear details about the ethical sourcing, which was a little frustrating. I’d feel better about buying it if that information was more upfront.

"Suspiciously fast support… in a good way"
I had a question about my order and expected to get lost in the usual customer service black hole. But they replied really fast and actually helped me out without a bunch of hassle. Almost makes you wonder if they’ve got a secret team monitoring problems before they even happen. Either way, I’m not complaining...

"Packaging was disappointing"
My order from Quintessence Creations arrived looking rough. The box was super flimsy and partly crushed, and there was hardly any padding inside (like, barely anything). It looked like everything had just been thrown in there and taped up in a hurry.
For the price, I expected a lot more care. Nothing really felt protected, and it made the whole order feel cheaper than it should have. I’d be hesitant to order again if this is how they usually pack things (which is a shame).
